Peter Crompton is a gifted theatrical scenic designer who has crafted over 200 productions, including several world premieres, that span a range from ballet to opera, musical theater, contemporary and period drama, and experimental works. With Music of Remembrance, his stunning visual designs have helped bring to life productions like Jake Heggie’s Before It All Goes Dark, For a Look or a Touch and Another Sunrise, Tom Cipullo’s Josephine, Nicolas Benavides’ Tres minutos, and Sahba Aminikia’s Stormy Seas. Crompton has received many awards. He also works as a fine artist whose sculpture installations have been shown in numerous galleries. A talented educator, he finds great satisfaction in sharing his love of theater production with young people.
