Laura DeLuca

Laura DeLuca, clarinet, has been a member of the Seattle Symphony since 1986 and the Seattle Chamber Players since its founding in 1989. A frequent performer with Music of Remembrance since its inaugural season, she was the clarinetist in For a Look or a Touch (Naxos 2008), Paul Schoenfield's Camp Songs and Ghetto Songs (Naxos 2009), Lori Laitman's Vedem  (Naxos 2011, Jake Heggie's Out of Darkenss (Naxos 2014), and Tom Cipullo's After Life (Naxos 2016). She was the solo clarinetist in the Academy Award winning documentaries The Long Way Home and Into the Arms of Strangers: Stories of the Kindertransport.
